However <strong>something specific to your personal life<\/strong> may be a better choice.<\/p>\n<p>For example the <strong>first letter of a phrase like,<\/strong> &#8220;<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>D<\/strong><\/span>anny&#8217;s <strong><\/strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>m<\/strong><\/span>om <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>J<\/strong><\/span>ean <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>e<\/strong><\/span>njoys<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong> h<\/strong><\/span>igh<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong> t<\/strong><\/span>ea <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>a<\/strong><\/span>t <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>4:30<\/strong><\/span>&#8221; will give us a password that looks like this:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>DmJehta4:30<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">This is an example of a strong password with a mix of<\/span><strong style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\"> uppercase letters, lowercase letters and numerals<\/strong><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">. To make it stronger,<\/span><strong style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\"> special characters<\/strong><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\"> such as <\/span><strong style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">! $ % ^ &amp;<\/strong><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\"> may be used. Make your password at least<\/span><strong style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\"> 8 characters long<\/strong><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">. The longer your password the better it is.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Remember to rotate between a few good passwords<\/strong> and do not use the same password on all the different sites.
